To keep Ethereum sustainable, we have to keep its funding sustainable. This talk explores why preserving Ethereum's core properties depends on solving the funding problem underneath them. As the Ethereum Foundation's role narrows, the ecosystem needs new, decentralized models of coordination that don't depend on token sales or one-time donations. It shows how decentralized, yield-based funding can sustain the ecosystem's growth in perpetuity, creating a durable, neutral foundation that works for institutions and individuals alike — a genuine win-win for the whole network.
