Fresh off its bipartisan markup in the Senate Banking Committee, the Clarity Act now heads toward consideration by the full U.S. Senate. This keynote will examine how the bill would reshape the regulatory framework for digital assets in the United States, what it means for developers and builders, and how the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA) provisions included in the bill would protect non-custodial technology providers. The session will also explore why these protections remain a redline issue for the industry.
